Regarding the cutting edge that directly touches the plate, we do not use precision machines, but perform 100% inspection for scratches and distortions by tactile inspection by professional inspectors. In addition, we have established a system to prevent the outflow of defective products, such as creating NG samples based on the causes of defects that occurred in the past and sharing skills.
